Returns / Exchange Policy

When you purchase any of our Paracord Merchandise we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please return the unworn, unwashed and unused Paracord merchandise and we will give you a full refund on the purchase price or exchange for same size, color, type that was ordered.

We cannot be help responsible for wrong size give to us. That is the only size we can go by so please follow the sizing directions at Wrist Sizing.

To return or exchange merchandise please follow the below instructions:

For Returns:

With your original invoice or receipt (please make a copy for your records) and send your paracord merchandise back to us. For your protection and ours we ask you to send the package back to us via "Signature Confirmation" to the address listed below. Please allow 1 billing cycle for your account to be credited.

For Exchanges:

With your original invoice or receipt (please make a copy for your records) send the box back to us via "Signature Confirmation" to the address listed below. We will process your return and get your new paracord merchandise out to you. We will contact you if there are any additional related charges to the new items ordered so please give us a valid email address and or phone number.

IMPORTANT: All returns or exchanges have to be unused, not washed or worn in order to return or exchange and within a 14 day period.
